1. Services

FixRight Handyman ("we", "us") provides residential handyman services, including furniture assembly, door and window repair, drywall patching, light fixture installation, minor plumbing fixes, and general home repairs. All services are subject to technician availability and service-area coverage.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the scope of work described by the customer, and are confirmed on site before work begins. Additional issues discovered during repairs, or tasks not disclosed during the initial call, may adjust the price. Any adjustment will be approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Scope of Work

We handle a wide range of general handyman tasks. Jobs that require specialized licensing (e.g., major electrical work, gas lines, structural modifications) are outside our scope. We will always advise honestly when a job requires a specialist contractor.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any repair we performed, notify us within 30 days and we will return to correct the work free of charge. The guarantee applies to workmanship quality and does not extend to pre-existing damage or material defects.

5. Materials

Basic materials and hardware are included in most quotes. Specialty parts, fixtures, or customer-specified materials may be billed separately or sourced by the customer. We will always confirm material costs before purchasing.

6. Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions including structural damage, hidden water damage, mold, faulty wiring behind walls, or other issues that cannot be reasonably identified before beginning work. Such conditions will be disclosed and discussed before work proceeds.

7. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours advance notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a call-out fee.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide access to the work area, clear the immediate workspace of personal items, secure pets during the visit, and point out all areas that need repair. We respect your home and always lay protective coverings before starting work.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use or lost income.

10. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

11. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to schedule and complete your service (such as your name, phone number, and address). This information is used solely to provide the requested service and is handled with reasonable care and security.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your service applies to that service.
